Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that a case against the accused was registered in Budgam police sometimes back. They said an investigation into the case was underway, adding that on May 29, a special team reached Karnah to investigate the case further. A top police official told KNO that the special team has finally arrested the man in Karnah. He said the special team of Budgam police has recovered a pistol, 14 rounds and one packet brown sugar from the house of an arrested man at Amruhi, which falls under the jurisdiction of Police Station Tadd," he said. A top police official also told KNO that further investigation into the case is underway. He said more recoveries and arrests are expected in this regard. "We are expecting more development in the case.
